Audience Terms & Conditions

Indian Dance Festival – Berlin

Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket or registration confirmation for guests aged 12 and above.
Audience members must behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and fellow attendees.
Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Photography and video recording for personal use may be allowed unless otherwise announced. Professional recording requires prior permission.
By attending the Festival, audience members consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, use of illegal drugs, and possession of prohibited substances or dangerous items are strictly not allowed inside the venue.
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
The Festival schedule, performers, and program may change without prior notice.
The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
Audience members must follow all venue rules and comply with German laws and safety regulations.
Personal data collected during registration or ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable German data protection laws.
Audience members are requested to respect the premises and handle all furniture, equipment, decorations, and property with care. Any intentional damage to property may result in removal from the event and liability for damages.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
